Overview
Held during Super Bowl LVIII weekend, this NFL-sanctioned event aimed to celebrate and promote youth football across the country. MDS Events was selected to produce a high-profile festival experience for young athletes and their families.
Execution
From site planning to on-the-ground production, we activated a full-scale festival featuring autograph sessions with NFL players, equipment stations, skills challenges, photo booths, and community food trucks. We oversaw the entire site buildout, permitting, staffing, staging, and live event management with tight coordination across NFL operations and venue stakeholders.
Impact
The festival welcomed hundreds of attendees and was covered by local and national media. NFL leadership noted the smooth execution, family-friendly atmosphere, and brand integrity upheld throughout the event.
