Link Logistics partnered with MDS Events to produce an energizing multi-day annual meeting for their national team. The event needed to blend high-impact business sessions with fun, brand-forward experiences across Orlando.
Execution
MDS Events handled the end-to-end planning and on-site management for all activities, including general sessions, breakout meetings, group dining, and evening socials. We sourced and secured standout venues including Ace Café, Topgolf, and ICEBAR Orlando, curating immersive off-site events that kept energy levels high. The venue transitions, branding elements, and logistical choreography were managed with military precision.
Impact
Attendee engagement was exceptionally high. Team members reported feeling inspired, connected, and energized going into the new fiscal year. The seamless blend of work and play underscored Link Logistics’ culture of excellence and appreciation.
